Strength in Strides

Horse-Guided. Self-Fueled.

Strength in Strides is an experiential equine-assisted learning program designed to help individuals build lasting confidence, healthy self-esteem, and a strong sense of self through guided interactions with horses. In this unique, non-riding program, participants engage in purposeful groundwork activities that support personal growth, leadership development, emotional awareness, and boundary-setting in a safe and empowering environment.

Horses—sensitive and honest by nature—offer immediate feedback through body language and energy, helping participants gain deeper awareness of how they show up in the world. With support from a trained facilitator, each session guides participants through real-time learning experiences where they can practice standing tall, leading with clarity, and embracing their inner strength—one stride at a time.

Who It’s For:
16+ and adults seeking to build or rebuild confidence
Individuals who struggle with self-worth, boundary-setting, or assertiveness
Those navigating life obstacles, emotional challenges, or personal development journeys
Anyone who would benefit from experiential, body-based learning in a calm, supportive environment

Intended Goals:
Cultivate self-confidence and presence through relational work with horses
Strengthen personal boundaries, communication, and self-advocacy skills
Foster emotional resilience, regulation, and internal calm
Encourage self-reflection, self-trust, and celebration of personal strengths
Support participants in stepping into leadership roles in their own lives

In Strength in Strides, you won’t just learn confidence—you’ll feel it in your body, build it with every breath, and take it with you beyond the barn.

No prior horse experience is required. All sessions are done on the ground (no riding) and prioritize safety, consent, and the wellbeing of both horse and participant. This program is 4 weeks long, and is one session per week with a mid-week check in call (via zoom or google meets).
