From stuck to strong — step into what’s next.
Tack Room Talk is a trauma-informed Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) program designed for individuals who are on a path of healing from trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, or other personal challenges. Set in a calm, safe, and supportive environment with horses as intuitive co-facilitators, this six-session program gently guides participants through experiential learning that supports emotional processing, personal growth, and lasting transformation.
Each session combines intentional conversation, horse-based activities, and reflective practices that allow participants to explore and rewrite the inner narratives that shape their self-worth, boundaries, and sense of identity. Horses — powerful mirrors of human emotion — help individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, develop coping strategies, and take meaningful steps forward.
Whether participants are navigating a new beginning, processing a painful past, or simply seeking grounded clarity, Tack Room Talk offers a deeply personal, empowering journey of healing.
